The FCV Core Facility currently houses the following instruments: BD LSRFortessa SORP, Beckman Coulter Cyan ADP 9, Beckman Coulter MoFlo Astrios, and an AutoMACS Pro Magnetic Cell Separator.

Sample Loading Options:

  • 12 x 75mm tubes
  • 96-well plates (U-bottom, V-bottom, flat bottom) and 384-well plates with HyperCyt® Autosampler

The HyperCyt® Autosampler is a plate reader capable of running samples in 96 and 384-well format.  Please contact the Facility Manager for instructions on the use of the plate reader.
